Insite Magazine and Art979 will host the October launch party at the new Parker Astin Arts Center in Downtown Bryan, October 2, at 5pm.
This is your chance to meet many of the artists featured in the annual Art979 issue. Talk to Jennifer Christy with the Creative Capsule traveling art studio, guitarist Daniel Gonzales, the shining ladies of Parker Astin Arts Center, Dr. Marcelo Bussiki and the Brazos Valley Symphony, Horlock House artists-in-residence, and the culinary geniuses of 1541 Coffee & Pastries.
Art979.com was launched so that artists, art hosts, and art lovers could come together in one place. Discover places to go, shows to watch, music to sing, things to buy, people to discuss the world with and pretty things to see, all in the Brazos Valley and through Art979. The launch party will be a unique affair of artist demonstrations, catering, live music, and more.
