The Downtown Bryan Association will kick off another football weekend with Football Fridays in Downtown Bryan, Friday, October 16.
The Palace Theater will feature a free concert from local funk band Eraserhead beginning at 8pm, sponsored by the City of Bryan. Playing a mix of funk, gospel, R&B, blues and jazz, they will be playing cover songs as well as some of their own original writings guaranteed to make you move your feet.
Get to the Alabama game the easy way on Saturday via the Downtown Bryan shuttle. Texas A&M Transportation will be offering a free game day shuttle which will run multiple buses pre- and post-game. The shuttles will run on a continuous loop, and will depart from the Roy Kelly Parking Garage located at 301 East 26th Street in Downtown Bryan. The shuttle buses will drop riders off and pick them back up at the Memorial Student Center (MSC) on the Texas A&M campus. Free parking is available in nearby lots thanks to the City of Bryan and Brazos County as well as paid parking in the Roy Kelly Parking Garage.
