For the last two years Health For All has hosted the Bra Art Event as an annual fundraiser. This year the event expands to include hats - Hat’s Off to Bra Art 2017. This fundraiser will include the auction of Health Couture Art (both Hat Art & Bra Art) to help raise money for our free clinic serving the uninsured of the Brazos Valley.
The Bra Art Event was originally created in 2015 to raise funds and awareness for women’s health, specifically breast cancer detection and prevention. Health For All does so much more and we want this fundraiser to reflect all of our patients and supporters. It builds on the success of the 2015 and 2016 where there were 140 incredible pieces of Bra Art. This year, Health For All adds a new canvas and welcomes Hat Art and Bra Art entries.
Hat's Off to Bra Art is a fun and unique way to make a difference. Artists, designers, businesses, and nonprofits submit original works of Health Couture Art (hats and/or bras) for a great cause!
All entries must be ready to turn in on or before Feb. 24. Entries will be displayed from Feb. 27 to March 28 at the Village Café. The Hat’s Off to Bra Art Event will be March 28 at 6:30pm at the Village Café. Health Couture Art will be auctioned off at an event filled with music, entertainment, belly dancers, color, and most of all - fun. All Health Couture Art is auctioned with 100 percent of the proceeds going to Health for All to help with local health needs.
