'Noel & Daisy Mae,' an oil portrait by Ceci Luepnitz Restauranteur Houda Cerone has returned to Cenare Italian Restaurant in College Station, and she is ready to greet longtime diners and friends with new rotating exhibits by some of the area’s many talented artists.
