CIA graduate Michael Lair brings his dedication to quality and love of Southern hospitality to south College Station in his new venture. Opened in July 2018, Stella (named after his beloved truck) honors a Southern legacy of doing things the old-fashioned way. Biscuits made from scratch every morning, stone ground grits cooked low and slow and all served up with some of the best coffee and freshly squeezed juice in the Brazos Valley.
