Bryan High School and Rudder High School in conjunction with the Brazos Valley Chefs Association are combining talents to provide a memorable dining experience. Culinary arts students will cook and serve dinner, Sunday, April 26, at 5:30pm at La Riviera Restaurant located at 3700 Texas Ave in Bryan. The students are ready to show the world their talents and skills they have worked so hard to learn this year.
The student-created menu includes:
Spicy shrimp with avocado mash and margarita sorbet garnished with micro greens
Field green salad with red and yellow watermelon
Walnuts and blue cheese crumbles
Green apple vinaigrette
Pecan encrusted chicken breast with scallops
Cilantro-agave vinaigrette
Smoked tomato, garlic mashed potatoes
Medley of grilled vegetables
Trio of miniature tarts
The prices for the meal are $ 75.00 for a couple or $ 40.00 for individuals. This price includes tea, coffee and sodas as well as all taxes.
