The Arts will host this year’s Empty Bowls Jr. event on Saturday, March 6 at Allen Honda. The event will raise money to benefit local in-school pantries and Art Council Children programming, and will feature entertainment and artisan bowls created by Brazos Valley students and teachers to purchase with $10 donations. The handmade bowls will come filled with a soup donated by local restaurants.
Restaurant sponsors for the event include Gate 12, J.Cody’s, Buppy’s Catering, C & J, Solt, Urban Table, Cotton Patch, The Village Cafe, Fish Daddy’s, Made Melt, Blue Baker, and Caffe Capri. Thorn Music Center will provide sound for the event. Other sponsors include Allen Honda, Bryan Broadcasting, the City of College Station, and the City of Bryan.
The outdoors event will implement recommended COVID-19 guidelines, and masks are required to attend.
