Experience Bryan College Station will host the 25th annual Meeting Planners Showcase on March 21 from 12 to 4pm at the Doug Pitcock ’49 Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. A cocktail hour will be held immediately following the event at the Block T Lounge from 4 to 5pm.
Meeting Planners Showcase is a one-stop shop for meeting and event planners looking for a wide variety of services when hosting their event in the Brazos Valley. This year’s theme is “Let’s Play” with all of the booths incorporating a type of game such as board games, video games, game shows, etc. Additionally, there will be three 30-minute mini-seminars throughout the day featuring Aggieland Safari’s Brandi Riley, Pebble Creek Private Events Director Chante Smith, and Assistant Vice Chancellor for Strategic Initiative and Partnership AgriLife Cady Auckerman.
