The public is invited to eat, drink, and stomp in an authentic, hands-on experience while enjoying celebratory harvest events at Messina Hof Winery. An old-world tradition, Messina Hof’s Harvest Festival provides guests an inside look at winemaking culture. This year marks the 40th Anniversary of Harvest and is expected to be the largest crop to date for Messina Hof and the Texas wine industry.
“Having the opportunity to share the Harvest tradition with our customers is truly a blessing,” says Messina Hof Chief Executive Officer Paul Bonarrigo. “With this being our 40th Anniversary, it makes our annual celebration even more meaningful. We look forward to commemorating this special occasion.”
The 40th annual Harvest Festival kicks off at Messina Hof Estate Winery in Bryan with Moonlit Harvest on Friday, July 28, and continues every weekend through Saturday, Aug. 26.
Messina Hof’s Harvest events include:
- Daytime Harvest activities with traditional grape picking and stomping, exclusive Vineyard Cuisine™, and behind-the-scenes tours.
- Specialty dinners including Murder Mystery Dinners, historical tours, and a 40th Anniversary dinner.
- Grand Finale Gala, an exquisite five-course dinner paired with newly released wines selected by the Bonarrigos.
- An interactive class with painting and a brunch-themed food and wine pairing taught by Karen Bonarrigo.
Events vary by location. More information and a full calendar listing of all of Messina Hof’s Harvest activities can be found at messinahof.com/harvest.
