On March 14, filming of sci-fi short film, Rare Model, a local project headed by former Texas A&M University students, will begin in far West Texas. Set in a dystopian future, Rare Model tells the story of a young woman who must deal with death, rebirth, and artificial intelligence. Rare Model is the thesis film project of Adam Rothstein, a graduate student at Texas A&M School of Visualization and the brainchild of award-winning screenwriter Cody Pearce.
With post-production set to take place at downtown Bryan and Texas A&M University, this film truly is monumental for the Bryan/College Station community. The community’s support in the making of this film is humbly appreciated. To help bring this story to life, contact Adam Rothstein by calling (904) 631-9431 or e-mail at rothstein.adam@tamu.edu.
