Due to reports of winter weather, BTU has made arrangements for all available field personnel and contract crews to be ready to respond to potential outages. Ice accumulation on power lines and trees can result in downed power lines. Please do not approach any low hanging or downed power lines as they may still be electrified.
System Operators will be working to communicate with crews during restoration efforts, and may not be able to answer incoming calls to receive outage reports. Please remember that your meter will alert our team when your power goes out, and our online outage map can be viewed at https://buff.ly/3rk9TMQ.
