Midway has announced a new tenant making its way to Century Square, the premier mixed-use development in the heart of Aggieland. Grass Stains will open its second location at Century Square and will occupy 1,500 square feet located beneath Star Cinema Grill, neighboring lululemon.
The boutique offers the Brazos Valley area new fashion brands from Australia, classic vintage lines like Lee Denim, as well as unique pieces from a line called Able out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Founded by Dawn Phillips in 2012 in Graham, the expansion of the business to Century Square was a simple decision. The retailer is co-owned and operated by Phillips’s twin sister Shawn Henderson and her husband who are both Texas A&M University alumni and have moved back to College Station to raise their family.
“We’re so excited to be opening the second location in College Station and we’re really looking forward to being a part of the wonderful things happening at Century Square,” Henderson says.
The addition of Grass Stains prompted Midway CEO Jonathan Brindsen to reflect on Century Square’s continued growth and development. “The tenant mix at Century Square continues to come together to thoughtfully include locally owned and national brand offerings that pair well for an outstanding experience for residents in the Brazos Valley,” he shares.
