Experience Bryan College Station is hosting their annual Meeting Planners Showcase March 17 at The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center from noon to 5pm.
Meeting Planners Showcase is a one-stop shop for meeting and event planners looking for a wide variety of services when hosting their event in the Brazos Valley. Businesses in the community, such as restaurants, hotels, caterers, florists, and more, are given the opportunity to showcase their products to event planners in the area.
There will be speaker sessions taking place throughout the day on a variety of topics ranging from Texas A&M Athletics Special Events, how to set up room blocks at local hotels, and a look inside what the Experience B/CS team does and how they can help with event planning and logistics.
