Brazos Valley's premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination announces its newest casual restaurant tenant.
Midway announced that I Heart Mac & Cheese will join the likes of Hopdoddy, Blaze Pizza, and PokeWorks at Century Square just steps away from Texas A&M University. I Heart Mac & Cheese will be moving in next to Harvest Coffee below Star Cinema Grill this spring.
The food chain devoted to mac and cheese specializes in customizable, made-to-order macaroni and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches. Step up to the counter and choose a base, sauce, toppings, meat, and cheese to create a cheesy concoction unique to your taste buds.
Opening its second location in College Station, I Heart Mac & Cheese will serve up crowd favorites including lobster and white truffle mac, baked buffalo chicken, and Philly cheese steak. The brand continues to stay vegan friendly and on trend with its recent menu début featuring plant-based options.
The food chain also puts an emphasis on its hiring of special needs employees with the Mac Hearts You program. The program allows people with intellectual or developmental disabilities to be competitively employed in their communities, including College Station.
“The tenant mix at Century Square continues to come together to thoughtfully include locally owned and national brands that pair well for an outstanding experience for residents in the Brazos Valley,” says Midway CEO Jonathan Brinsden.
