Morgan Stanley, a leading global financial services firm with offices in more than 41 countries worldwide, has selected Century Square for its new Brazos Valley location.
“Century Square combines a dynamic community atmosphere with the highest attribute of a Class-A office space,” said Monty Holcombe with Morgan Stanley. “No other development offers the broad array of diverse amenities with such close proximity to Texas A&M University. We eagerly look forward to enjoying the upscale environment with high quality restaurants, unique luxury hotels, and abundant gathering spaces, as we continue to serve our clients and the community.”
Midway, the developer of Century Square, created the mixed-use destination as a fully inclusive live, work, play environment, designed to attract and retain more global companies and young professionals in the Bryan College Station area.
“We are pleased to welcome Morgan Stanley to Century Square,” said Brad Freels, chairman at Midway. “The firm is a perfect fit for Century Square. Morgan Stanley is another example of the leading-edge professional services firms that require a high-quality contemporary environment for employees and a more enjoyable experience for clients and partners.”
The Midway leadership team is heavily comprised of former students of Texas A&M who are deeply engaged in the university’s culture and its vision for the growth of the Brazos Valley. “It is exciting to see the vision for Century Square embraced by businesses, our Texas A&M University partners, and residents throughout the region,” Freels said.
Morgan Stanley leased 3,183 square feet of office space at Century Square, a mixed-use development adjacent to Texas A&M in College Station. Michael Anderson and Connor Saxe of Houston-based Colvill Office Properties, and Barry Moore of B/CS-based Stafford Barrett represented Midway, the developer of Century Square, in the new lease transaction.
