Century Square and Visit College Station’s first annual Dine Around at Century Square, in celebration of Century Square’s and Bryan-College Station’s culinary scene, has raised $12,754 for the Brazos Valley Food Bank. Century Square will present the food bank with a check on Wednesday, May 19, in partnership with Visit College Station.
Visit College Station works to enhance economic growth by marketing and promoting the College Station area as a premier destination experience.
Century Square is a mixed-use destination adjacent to Texas A&M. The 60-acre development creates a community center where people congregate from across the region to experience a walkable, urban destination. The project features retail and restaurant establishments, entertainment venues, 60,000 square feet of office space, two full-service hotels — The George and Cavalry Court — apartment homes at 100 Park, and a central gathering space.
The Houston-based Midway leadership team is heavily comprised of former students of Texas A&M who are engaged in the university’s culture and its vision for the growth of the Brazos Valley. Midway is a privately owned, fully integrated real estate investment and development firm. Its portfolio of projects consists of more than 45 million square feet of properties ranging from mixed-use destinations to office, industrial facilities, and residential communities.
