Looking for some Texas history, food, fun and a little road trip? We've got you covered with Texas Ranger Day in Burton, Texas on Saturday, March 9 from noon to 5pm. Celebrate Burton's history and honor former and current Texas Rangers with an afternoon full of activities including tasty food, demonstrations by the Legends of the Texas Rangers and McNelly's Rangers, kids activities, mule driven buggy rides, DJ music with the Kountry Chick folk demonstrations such as blacksmithing, chuckwagon cooking and more. All proceeds to restore the Mt. Zion Historical Chapel. The fun begins at noon at the Burton Railroad Depot, 507 N. Railroad Street, Burton TX 77835.
