Midway announced Pokeworks will join the premier mixed-use development Century Square, just steps away from Texas A&M University.
Pokeworks will open its doors in the space beneath the 100Park upscale apartment community, neighboring MESS Waffles, and will occupy 1,669 square feet. The eatery will offer Brazos Valley residents a wide variety of taste and menu options. Diners enjoy building their own poke bowls, burritos or salads by selecting a protein base of either tuna, salmon, chicken, shrimp, scallops, or tofu; unique regional mix-ins; and flavoring sauces, toppings, and crunchy textures.
With a chef-driven menu, Pokeworks allows for a complete customization that caters to almost anyone including those maintaining gluten free, nut free, vegetarian, and vegan diets with cooked and raw protein products.
Franchisee Kaushik Paul says his local ties to Texas A&M University inspired him to bring the concept to Century Square. “Pokeworks is very excited to come to Century Square. Its design as a walkable and mixed-use destination in combination with the Texas A&M University creates a great dining environment for the Aggies and the residential communities nearby. With its young and international Aggie community, the Brazos Valley was an attractive place for Pokeworks to bring its millennial-fueled trend of sustainable, seasonal eating and Hawaiian cuisine,” says Paul.
Midway CEO Jonathan Brinsden says, “The tenant mix at Century Square continues to come together to thoughtfully include locally owned and national brands that pair well for an outstanding experience for residents in the Brazos Valley.”
