The Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association will host the 2015 Fall Parade of Homes™ with more than two dozen homes built by some of the community’s finest home builders on display the weekend of October 10 & 11. This event is a great opportunity to see the latest trends in new construction and interact with local home builders.
Bryan, College Station and surrounding areas have seen incredible growth in the last five years. This growth has brought new ideas and technologies now being incorporated into the local building community. New development is also attracting restaurants and storefronts to new locations throughout the community. All of these factors working together are giving residents of Bryan, College Station and surrounding areas more options to choose from when deciding on where to live, work, and play.
On October 9 the interactive map mobile friendly link will be available to help guide and direct you to all the participating homes in the Parade of Homes™ through a variety of subdivisions. The link can be downloaded through at www.gbvbuilders.org or text keyword BCSHomes to 313131.
